Quarterly progress reports that show the number of referrals referred, and received must be completed to determine who is truly networking. It is understood that certain members will be able to refer to certain members, but not to others as much. This is acceptable practice, what is not acceptable is nothing. No attempts. No referrals. 4. Attendance

Attendance is vital for the overall success of the group, and its members, and the future growth of Simply Referrals. When a new potential member comes to his or her 1st meeting their opinion is influenced by the size of the group, and the way for which the meetings are conducted. These are potential members that may want to refer business next month to you. This member may also provide a service that you may be in need of at the home of office.

100% Attendance to Simply Referrals, or as close to, will have a significant affect On your career! This year. In 3 years Simply Referrals will be responsible for 30% to 50% of your overall business. Do the math & research! The numbers support networking!!

50% Attendance to Simply Referrals is the minimum to keep your membership. There is no room for part timers in Simply Referrals, and the many dedicated members that make Simply Referrals great. All referrals are to be handled 1st class. Every referral is an opportunity for the group, and the reputation of not only that member, but all of Simply Referrals is on the line.
